TROPICAL DESTINATIONS is an exciting photographic exhibition of local and regional scenes held annually by the Douglas Photographic Society – a not for profit local community group.
The Club was created to fill a need in our community for some fun and adventurous activities for local amateur photographers.
Since it’s start the DPS has catered to all abilities, ages and interests, and members are involved in a variety of the events and activities.
The fun outings, mystery excursions, points challenges, critique sessions, exhibitions and workshops all help our members develop more skills, knowledge and confidence, while having some serious fun with great friends and professional tutors and mentors.
This exhibition is about the work of these amazing local people whose passion for the photo has become a celebrated annual event.
