Port Douglas Yacht Club proudly presents the 2018 Quicksilver Port Douglas Race Week, and invites all yachties to join them for a week of Sailing, Food & Fun.

Port Douglas is fortunate to enjoy one of the best playgrounds that nature could provide for sailing.

This year, the Port Douglas Yacht Club will be hosting a huge array of events all to be sailed on the beautiful waters of the Coral Sea off Port Douglas.

The 2018 regatta will be held over 5 days and includes races around the stunning Low Isle and Snapper Islands, as well as some technical racing off the famous Four Mile Beach.

Schedule of Events

Monday 21st May:
Registration for all Divisions from 1230 to 1630 hrs at PDYC

Tuesday 22nd May:
Two short races for Division 1, 2 & 4
Short passage race for Division 3 at 09:55 09:55

Wednesday 23rd May:
Passage race for Division 1, 2 & 3
Two short races for Division 4 at 09:55

Thursday 24th May:
All Divisions: Lay day

Friday 25th May:
Two short races for all Divisions at 09:55

Saturday 26th May:
Long triangle/W&R race for all Divisions at 09:55
Presentation of prizes

The Race Committee may make changes to this schedule at any time.
